RenPSG is recognized as the largest, independent philanthropic solutions provider in North America.  We are looking for a team player who has a specialization in trust tax form 1041, and who is looking for a seasonal, part-time or fulltime-flexible work schedule and wants to work on our tax response team to help our clients achieve their charitable goals and objectives.

Position Duties:
• Perform research – based on client inquiries for form 1041 returns filed for the year ended 12/31/16. These inquiries range from basic line item questions to intermediate research questions.
• Tax return follow up -  Develop a response and respond to client inquiries for form 1041 returns filed for the year ended 12/31/16. 
• Prepare schedules or work papers as needed or requested by the tax team
• Follow up with clients on missing information or on filing requirements for the year ended 12/31/17

Position Qualifications:
• 3+ years' experience in trust tax form 1041 tax return preparation required
• Accounting, law or tax education required
• CPA or professional firm or trust tax department experience researching, preparing and advising clients on a volume of returns is plus
• Strong business ethics & personal integrity
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal
• Microsoft Office Suite experience and tax preparation software experience
• Candidate must not be prohibited from practicing before the IRS and must be able to pass a background check
