We currently have an opening for an onsite full-time Administrative Specialist for the e-commerce company, Nursing Knowledge International (NKI), within Sigma Theta Tau International, at our headquarters in downtown Indianapolis, IN. The regular work week schedule is day shift, Monday-Friday. The Business Support Specialist coordinates multiple client accounts, conferences and programs and acts as the primary contact for day-to-day operations of Nursing Knowledge International.  

Principal Responsibilities:
•       Facilitates all phases of the institutional order processes.
•       Provides support to business to business, business to nurse and indirect sales.

•       Tracks all NKI expenses in three sub-cost centers.

•       Supports NKI Board of Directors and functions as their primary contact. 

•       Takes the lead role in preparing inventory, equipment and reconciliation for the Marketplace at all STTI events.

•       Arranges for all booth registrations, equipment/furniture needs, shipment of books/ supplies and travel for all conferences attended by NKI.

•       Minimal travel required.

Minimum Requirements:
•       Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

•       3-5 years of business/administrative experience required

•       Excellent attention to detail

•       Proficient use of Microsoft applications and databases
