If so, the Homebuilders practitioner position at Bethany Christian Services might be a great fit for you!

Bethany Christian Services, a global leader in child welfare and adoption, is looking to hire a practitioner to serve in the Homebuilders program, an evidence-based practice which has been designated a "model family strengthening program" by the United States Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) and the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP).

Receiving excellent training on pertinent issues and applicable theoretical approaches for our work with families
Working in a supportive environment with the flexibility and independence you desire within an uplifting team environment
The ability to work from home or from another remote location

Carry a caseload of two families at a time for 4-6 weeks per family.
Work a 40-44 hour, flexible work week, including some evening and weekends.
Be on call 24/7 to families during the intervention.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Live in Hendricks, Boone, Montgomery, Morgan or Putnam County
Possess a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related human service field with at least 2 years of direct social service experience.
Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Cultural Diversity Commitment.
