Fathers and Families Center is seeking an innovative Director to be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation for its Strong Fathers, Making Families Strong, High School Equivalency, Workforce Development and Mental Health and Wellness programs; in all settings and contexts that deliver immediate and lasting change for fathers and their families. This includes: program design; evaluation; and coaching and leading a dedicated team.

For 24 years, Fathers and Families Center (a 501(c)3  and United Way agency) has served fathers and their families through a holistic continuum of programs and services to help them develop their fatherhood and life skills; strengthen their families; prepare them for meaningful employment, and achieve education goals.

Fathers and Families Center's mission is to build a noble legacy of fatherhood – assisting fathers in achieving self-sufficiency and in strengthening families to improve the life chances of children.

The Director of Programs and Evaluation plays a key role in helping program participants to achieve this mission.

Position Duties:
- Responsible for management of all programs and services, to include Strong Fathers, Strengthening Families, Serving Communities, Workforce Development, High School Equivalency and Mental Health Wellness programs.
- In collaboration with the President/CEO and Director of Operations and Grants Management, ensure the development and implementation of annual program work plans including program goals and measurable outcomes consistent with the agency's strategic plan..
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring of staff. Perform the required personnel management and supervisory functions, including job performance evaluations of staff. Identify goals and benchmarks for professional development and/or improvement. Ensure that supervision provides the highest degree of professionalism.
- Participate in the agency's management team, demonstrating a commitment to building, cooperation and collaboration among managers, staff, programs and departments.
- Provide monthly reports to the President/CEO regarding programs' productivity and progress, ensuring that all staff resources are used effectively to promote an efficient service delivery system and report any problems or incidents as they arise.
- Assist in fund development practices by identifying and reporting community and program needs, program and services descriptions, outcomes and achievements to the Leadership Team for the purposes of grant applications, reports, publicity and marketing.
- Participate in efforts to strengthen and build partnerships with other organizations aimed at fostering the development of collaborative projects.
- Engage in community outreach promoting FFC's programs and services to increase the agency's visibility with partner agencies and potential donors.
- Maintain all necessary legal, statistical, program records, including contract reports.
- Maximize the potential of ETO software by ensuring data quality and developing dashboards, reports, internal audits and analyses.

Position Qualifications
- Completion of a Master's Degree.
- At least seven (7) years' experience in effective program management. Workforce development experience preferred.
- Five (5) years of supervisory experience.
