The Community Impact Data and Research Manager is a part of the Community Impact (CI) Department. This position will assist with overseeing the CI Department's maintenance and collection of data and information related to agencies and UWCI's four impact areas:  Education, Financial Stability, Health, and Basic Needs.  This position will be the inter-department liaison that ensures the CI Department is providing the information, dashboards and support necessary to other departments.  This position also assists in supporting the work of the Community Impact Committee.  In addition to these projects, the position actively participates in supporting the activities and goals of the Community Impact Department.

Position Duties & Responsibilities
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.  They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.
 
• Update and maintain all reporting mechanisms for the CI department which includes annual work plan metrics, community impact dashboards, management reports and other reporting that captures the impact of UWCI investments.

• Be the certified administrator for the agency database (ODM and/or Apricot) including: form design; report design; dashboard bulletins; user set-up and access; user support.  Provide support and assistance to users across UWCI departments and programs as necessary.

• Provide support to the Community Fund, including preparation of annual funding agreements and attachments to be uploaded to agencies' funding agreement forms in the ODM

• Management of an annual master spreadsheet to be used to track and generate requests to accounting for release of agencies' bi-monthly allocation payments; Track, monitor and follow-up as needed on agencies' reporting compliance related to their funding agreement.

• Prepare and distribute, via the ODM website, monthly issues of UWCI News for Agencies including gathering news items from all UWCI departments and divisions.

• Maintain current and correct information related to UWCI agencies in Stratus Live, in UWA's Investment Guide (iGuide), other online databases used by national campaigns (e.g., UnitedHealth Group), Outlook public contact folders and distribution lists.

• Maintain historical agency data, (UWCI funding, budgets, service reports, evaluation reports etc.) and reporting.

• Assist the Community Impact department with preparing materials for the Community Impact Committee and monitoring committee work plan.

• Provide various agency reports and documents as needed by Evaluation site visit teams.

• Provide reporting support as needed for special funding agreements (e.g., SSVF).

• Compile annual Reporting & Activities Schedule for UWCI Agencies.

• Performs special assignments and other work, on an as-needed basis.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University required.  Two to four years related experience preferred.  Proficient with technology and how to use technology to communicate and present information.  High proficiency in the use of Excel and Access is required. Complete knowledge of managing data, administering databases, and high comfort level with the creation of forms and reports required. Knowledge of not-for-profit organizations preferred. Work experience may substitute for education requirements on a case by case basis.
