The Director of Educational Programming's primary responsibilities are to further develop and provide leadership to the Fraternity's collegiate education program (The Resolute Man), the Fraternity's pledge education program (The Resolute Journey), the Fraternity's health and safety initiative (Sacred Purpose), and to develop curriculum for and oversee execution of the Fraternity's regional and international leadership events.

Position Duties
Theta Chi Fraternity is seeking applicants for the position of Director of Educational Programming.  The Director of Educational Programming's main responsibilities are to further develop and provide leadership to the Fraternity's collegiate education program (The Resolute Man), the Fraternity's pledge education program (The Resolute Journey), the Fraternity's health and safety initiative (Sacred Purpose), and to develop curriculum for and oversee execution of the Fraternity's regional and international leadership events.  The Director will also be charged with the development and implementation of other educational initiatives that may be undertaken by the Fraternity from time to time.  The Director of Educational Programming will also be responsible for the recruitment and training of volunteer faculty for educational opportunities and events.  The Director will also support other headquarters functions as determined by the Executive Director or designee.
   
Position Qualifications
A master's degree in a relevant field.  Three to five (3-5) years of professional experience in education, fraternal industry, and/or related field is preferred.  Membership in Theta Chi Fraternity or another fraternity/sorority.
