St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf (SJI) is looking for a Development Associate eager to make a difference in the lives of children. SJI is committed to providing listening and spoken language educational programs for young children who are deaf or hard of hearing.  As leaders in the field of deaf education, SJI provides services to hundreds of families throughout the state.

Primary responsibilities of the Development Associate (DA) include creation, coordination, and execution of all annual fundraising events and activities.  The DA also serves as primary administrative support to the Development Office.  Candidate must possess time management skills, ability to make progress on multiple projects simultaneously, and attention to detail.

Position requires creative thinking with attention to detail; proven track record of successful experience working in a development setting with interaction with a variety of constituents; strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and work with multiple projects simultaneously and sound judgement.  Ability to represent SJI in a professional manner at all times.
