The Senior director of membership strategy is responsible for creating strategies to address the recruitment, retention and engagement of a member, collegiate through all phases for alumnae. Will work with the collegiate, alumnae, programming and extension teams to implement the strategic plan while facilitating communication across teams.

Position Duties
•  Responsible for and oversees project management for the membership teams (alumnae, collegiate services, extension and programming teams)
•  Creates, maintains and implements the strategic direction for the membership teams to ensure progress toward key strategic initiatives, deliverables, and action items
•  Provides leadership and direction to the membership team directors
 o   Facilitate communication across all staff teams
 o   Appropriately support and coach staff to ensure successful accomplishment of projects with on-time completion
 o   Anticipate and direct resolution of issues as needed
 o   Provide guidance on proposal development and budget requests
 o   Collaborate with team leaders and other staff during crisis response and resolution
•  Coordinates leadership responsibilities including programs, initiatives and policies to address the recruitment, retention and engagement of a member, collegiate through all phases for alumnae
•  Analyzes trends in higher education for new development opportunities and ensures teams are working in collaboration regarding programming, analytics, etc.
•  Oversees the planning, implementation and evaluation of effective chapter support and member services programs and systems
•  Ensures the timely flow of information to and from the executive director's office and headquarters to various stakeholders
•  Understands business performance and progress on key initiatives at the enterprise-level to coordinate efforts and provide quarterly enterprise overviews for senior leadership and the boards
•  Perform all supervisory responsibilities including but not limited to conducting team meetings, providing employee feedback and performance reviews for positions within the membership team
•  Serves as a member of the Sorority leadership and entity leadership teams
•  Perform other duties as assigned by the executive director of Sigma Kappa Sorority 

Qualifications:
•  Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in college student personnel, higher education administration, or similar field preferred
•  Knowledge of the policies and procedures of Sigma Kappa or other membership organization
•  Five plus years' management experience in leading teams or individuals
•  Five plus years' experience with membership engagement
•  Demonstrated project management experience in a professional environment
•  Excellent writing, client service and communication skills
