The Agency Services Associate is a member of the Community Impact (CI) Department. This position supports the work of the Agency Services team, in addition to assisting with the Department's maintenance and collection of data and information related to agencies and UWCI's four impact areas: Education, Financial Stability, Health and Basic Needs. This position serves as an inter-department liaison that ensures the CI Department is providing the information and support necessary to other departments through coordination with CI impact area leads.

Position Duties & Responsibilities
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.  They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified. 
• Coordinate the agency alignment, mid-cycle, and full evaluation process, which includes:
    o scheduling of agencies, staff, and volunteers for evaluations,
    o evaluation compilation and material distribution,
    o and report management and dissemination.
• Serve as administrator of the agency online data management portal (ODM). Tasks include:
    o providing support to agencies through preparation of annual funding agreements, creation of user accounts, and customer (both internal and external to UWCI) guidance in the ODM,
    o tracking and generating requests to accounting for release of agencies' allocation payments,
    o monitoring and follow-up on agencies' reporting compliance,
    o compiling annual Reporting & Activities Schedule for UWCI Agencies,
    o and maintaining historical agency data, (UWCI funding, budgets, service reports, etc.).
• Prepare and distribute monthly issues of UWCI News for Agencies through the ODM and gather items from UWCI departments and divisions.
• Maintain current information related to UWCI agencies, Agency Services events, and volunteer engagement for Community Impact in Stratus Live, in UWA's Investment Guide (iGuide), other online databases used by national campaigns (e.g., UnitedHealth Group), Outlook public contact folders and distribution lists.
• Provide assistance in managing publicly or privately funded community programs administered by UWCI.
• Assist consultant in preparation of materials, review and meetings for Human Services Professional Renewal Grant program.
• Performs special assignments and other work on an as-needed basis.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree required. Two to four years related experience preferred. Work experience may substitute for educational requirements on a case by case basis. Proficient with technology and how to use data and analysis to communicate and present outcomes. High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Access, required. Complete knowledge of managing data, administering databases, and high comfort level with the creation of forms and reports required. Must have high level of organization and comfort communicating with professionalism to external and internal constituents of UWCI. Knowledge of nonprofit organizations preferred.
