Work as the Administrative Assistant for the Chapter, answering seven incoming telephone lines, greeting visitors, providing clerical support for all staff.

Front Desk
• Answer incoming telephone lines
• Greet visitors
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Keep office calendar, kitchen duty schedule, and schedule conference rooms
• Keep front office and conference rooms tidy
• Other duties as assigned

Support Staff
• Assist staff with clerical duties as needed
• Assist volunteers as needed
• Forward mail/packages to outlying staff as needed
• Data entry into Personify and Convio as needed
• Monitor office supplies and stationery levels and reorder as needed
• Warm calling development and program prospects as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Supply Maintenance
• Monitor office supplies, stationery and kitchen supplies and reorder as needed
• Unpack and distribute supply orders to appropriate staff
• Keep workroom storage areas tidy
• High School diploma
• Polished and professional appearance and phone skills
• 2-3 years experience in an administrative office position
• Proficient with MS Office and other software applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to work effectively with volunteers, staff and external contacts to build and maintain successful  relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and electronically to a variety of audiences
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Ability to make timely, appropriate decisions
• High level of integrity, diplomacy and initiative
