The I.W.I.N. Foundation is a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with breast cancer.  If you are a results-driven, innovative leader possessing passion and vision, then the I.W.I.N. Foundation is looking for you to lead our team as an Executive Director.

The Indiana Women In Need Foundation (I.W.I.N.) is a statewide non-profit agency with the mission to support individuals receiving treatment for breast cancer by relieving emotional, physical and financial burdens.  Our vision is to help all individuals in need of support as they endure the hardships that treatment for cancer causes. 

I.W.I.N. seeks an Executive Director to be the key management leader and oversee the administration, programs, marketing and fundraising efforts of this statewide organization with a budget of $450,000.  Enjoy a flexible, full-time schedule, with the opportunity to work from home as needed.  This position pays an annual salary and no benefits.

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to fulfill the vision and mission of the organization through marketing, fundraising, community outreach, and strategic planning
• Lead or develop I.W.I.N.'s fundraising efforts, including grants and events, in order to sustainably increase the financial resources available to the organization
• Oversee the effective operation of the organization including the management of staff
• Develop and manage annual operating plan and budget, monitor monthly financial statements, and maintain day to day spending
• Oversee the planning, implementation, growth and evaluation of I.W.I.N.'s programs and services
• Provide comprehensive, regular reports on I.W.I.N.'s financial, programmatic and development status
• Participate as the primary spokesperson on behalf of the organization
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of non-profit management experience or comparable experience in the for-profit sector
• Previous staff supervisory experience required
• Budget and management skills
• High degree of professionalism and ability to manage relationships with diverse constituencies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines without direct supervision. 
• Organization skills to include planning, delegating, program development and task facilitation
