(Part time, 30 hours/week)  This critical position provides effective and timely support for the Foundation Director.


Provide Internal and External Customer Service
• Professionally and effectively communicate with Board members, donors, staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate, communicate and provide support for events and meetings.
• Manage telephone calls/emails from donors and event attendees.

Data Management & Tracking
• Accurately and timely record, produce, disseminate and archive minutes for Board activities
• Thoroughly and timely completion of donation entry, bank deposits and reconciliation
• Produce all acknowledgement correspondence with donors
• Develop presentations and written materials as needed

General Clerical and Admin
• Photocopying, faxing, filing, emailing
• Proofread communications for accuracy

Critical Functional Skills & Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellence in written and verbal communication
• Proficient/or willingness to become proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (ie Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Bloomerang, Quick Books and Constant Contact
• Excellent administrative, data management and organizational skills
• Demonstrates dependability, timeliness and ability to meet established deadlines
