Hoosier Families Inc. is seeking a Regional Director; major responsibilities include contract and service compliance, providing clinical supervision and heading the Quality Advancement program.

Hoosier Families is a nonprofit organization that provides Community Based programs for Indiana children and families, as referred by the Department of Child Services and other agencies.

Job Duties:
•         Reports directly to the Executive Director
•         Responsible for ensuring clinical effectiveness and efficiency in all agency programs
•         Provides Clinical Supervision (one-on-one and/or group) to the direct-support and supervisor staff.
•         Conducts semi-annual review of staff
•         Controls and directs the Quality Advancement process
•         Responsible for staying knowledgeable and updated on DCS policy, agency policy, contract and compliance
•         Responsible for monitoring child and family safety, well-being, and compliance
•         Monitors and reviews incident reports; clinical recommendations shall follow
•         Send monthly organization reports to the Executive Director
•         Participates in the State audit process
•         Provides crisis intervention and ongoing support including resource linkage for families when needed
•         Develops and facilitates various trainings
•         Works directly with the Executive Director and other assigned staff on various projects
•         Monitors and oversees all Indiana locations including Marion County and Lake County
•         Composes and distributes the Hoosier Families internal and external newsletter
•         Responsible for various HR functions
•         Other duties, as assigned

•         Minimum of a Masters Degree from an accredited school in the behavioral / social services field and a minimum of five years of experience in the area of youth services, preferably with direct experience in the area of child welfare / juvenile justice
•         Must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for youth and families facing mental health, educational, developmental and socio-economic challenges
•         A Valid Social Worker License is required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
•         Some Travel is required.
