This key position provides leadership in the operations and processes of CHORUS.  Ensures the organization and team members proactively provide outstanding service and deliverables to clients by managing the operations plan, the client engagement process from proposal to work plan to billing and the development and providing of client deliverables.

The Operations Manager professionally represents CHORUS in all interactions by demonstrating a commitment to the company's vision, mission, and core values.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
▪ Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferred
▪ Minimum five years of operations management experience 
▪ Project Management certification or significant project management experience
▪ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, and Publisher 
▪ Ability to manage time and set priorities amidst multiple tasks and deadlines
▪ Ability to work comfortably with all levels of the organization
▪ Excellent organization, planning and problem-solving skills
▪ Strong professional written and verbal communication skills with external clients including executives on a regular basis
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Lead the organization to ensure the entire client engagement is proactively managed and supported to achieve high internal and external satisfaction
▪ Manage the Chorus Performance Management (CPM) system for client tracking and reporting and lead the weekly CHORUS client status meeting
▪ Oversee all functions of the online CHORUS Assessment Center™, including ordering and tracking assessments, troubleshooting and report preparation
▪ Ensure effective, timely and cost-efficient production of project deliverables and use of resources for assigned projects
▪ Provide effective Project Management of internal and significant external events
▪ Manage and enhance website experience for current and future clients
▪ Manage the IT internal and external operations
▪ Manage the contracts and agreements for internal services
