Music for All is seeking an individual to be our Administrative Assistant & Receptionist. This individual reports to the Accounting Manager and is the first point of contact with all customers of Music for All.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Greeting visitors warmly and announcing their arrival appropriately.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
• Opening, sorting, and routing the daily mail and express packages.
• Ensuring supplies are stocked for the office and kitchen areas.
• Routing faxes to the appropriate staff person.
• Responding to or routing email and voicemail to the appropriate staff person.
• Staying abreast of staff schedules i.e. meetings, vacations, travel.
• Scheduling meetings and conference rooms.
• General upkeep of the break room.
• Preparing documents and correspondence.
• Conducting data entry for applications received.
• General administrative tasks and office support.

Every candidate for a position at Music for All must understand and acknowledge that a substantial portion of the organization's business is the planning and execution of special events. As such, all Music for All employees are involved in the planning of events and have some on-site event production duties and responsibilities.

Music for All is seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual with the following skills:

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree preferred
• One to two years of related work experience 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Customer service orientation
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to serve Music for All's mission
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
