The Member Relations Administrator will maximize member retention by performing the following:

• Work with Director of Membership Relations to maintain in updated CRM; includes reviewing Big Wigs New Gigs every Monday & Inside Indiana Business. Capture & communicate changes such as new CEO, new address, new key hire, etc.
• Contact all past due members (email and phone), send renewal invoices as requested, and record on target list and in Salesforce    
• Send "Thank you for renewing" emails on monthly basis (include all attachments & links)
• Advanced billing list – email/call all members who are approaching their renewal month and ensure all contact information is current in CRM
• Work with key staff to insure changes to Councils, Committees, Ambassadors lists are updated monthly
• Conduct monthly and quarterly Anthem Audits
• Serve as backup to front desk for: 10 letters of introduction, login information, member services portal, process 1 new member application each week and mail plaques and welcome packets
• Coordinate monthly orientation meetings (website, reserve rooms, registration list, name tags)
• Serve as a resource to members who have questions or would like additional information about the Chamber and member benefits
• Attend weekly meeting with Director and CRO to update monthly aging report
• Serve as liaison with finance on renewal status and attend monthly dues review meeting
• Other duties as requested by supervisor

Performance metrics 
Performance metrics for this position will be established annually based on:
• Retention rates (number, dollar, and 1st year retention)
• Successful management and execution on 3 target list• Proficient in backup services to front desk (10 letters, login information, portal, etc.)
• On-time and accurate monthly retention reports

• Proficient in basic computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet usage (e-mail)

• Demonstrated familiarity with the Greater Indianapolis area, significant companies, and individuals of influence and leadership

Physical demands
Must be able to work proficiently with computers and other office equipment.  Some travel required to Center Indiana locations for meetings, events, programs, etc.
