The Operations Manager plays a central role in ensuring an orderly, responsive and efficient ZTA International Office (IO). In addition to maintaining office systems and routines, the Operations Manager functions as the primary contact person for IO supplies and inventory. In this role, the Operations Manager must communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, members and visitors.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Database experience preferred, but not required
• Membership in ZTA preferred

• Design, implement and maintain office systems and employ communication structures that maximize efficiency
• Manage all inventory and order office, kitchen and miscellaneous supplies
• Maintain office equipment and furnishings and coordinate service appointments and replacements as needed
• Manage the mail process by distributing received mail, preparing office mailings and making mail drops
• Manage and mentor part-time Receptionists; support and assist the Receptionists and, in the event they are absent, assume their daily responsibilities
• Assist in preparing staff meetings and events by setting up the rooms, preparing meeting materials, organizing refreshments, following up after events and completing other tasks as assigned
• Act as the on-site liaison for outside groups using our facility by providing prompt communication and logistical support and troubleshooting as needed
• Maintain communal calendars, including the staff outage calendar and room reservation calendar
