The Indiana Non-Public Education Association (INPEA), is a membership association that serves over 400 nonpublic schools through advocacy, professional development and consultation. With its focus on school quality and viability, INPEA has been a central figure in Indiana's School Choice initiative. INPEA is seeking a part-time Coordinator of Office Operations to work in collaboration with association staff overseeing all office operations. The position will oversee all office operations, including  phone support, scheduling meetings, database management, accounts payable and receivable, board support and recordkeeping, financial reporting, fund development support, and various other office responsibilities.

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as a knowledge of and commitment to non-public school education. Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and data base management is required. The ability to master new technological applications will be essential. A bachelor's degree and previous experience in nonprofit operations is preferred.

Part–time: Monday- Thursday.

Preferred start date: March 26, 2018 (earlier if possible)
