IYI seeks a Client Success Manager who is passionate about helping clients achieve their impact goals. This entrepreneurial position involves communication with a wide range of stakeholders including handling confidential information. This position will work closely with IYI consulting clients to ensure their desired outcomes and experiences are achieved. Special focus on projects related to non-profit board development, fund development, program development, strategic planning and other project priorities.


• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders such as current and prospective client organizations and consulting partners to generate proper levels of engagement, renewals, revenue and impact.
• Facilitate successful and proactive client engagement, onboarding, implementation support, transition management and wrap-up so as to ensure clients' desired outcomes are met or exceeded.
• Drive client and project success while coordinating key resources in the escalation of risks, potential growth, strategic value and renewal.
• Leverage the IYI team, methodologies and best practices to support successful implementation for the client.
• Collect and manage project feedback to advance continuous learning and improvement.
• Achieve annual revenue targets and impact goals.
• Manage general account supports such as purchase requisitions, business reviews and project payment process.
• Continually promote the mission and goals of IYI to entities internal and external in order to enhance the impact of the organization.
• May provide additional support for other professional development opportunities.

Position Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and three to five years of experience in non-profit management, organizational capacity building and consulting or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required:
• Ability to interact and collaborate with key stakeholders within client organizations, schools and agencies
• Ability to think creatively, organize tasks, work independently and meet deadlines with competing priorities
• Customer oriented with a focus on quality
• Comfortable with presenting to client, large and small, both in-person and virtually
• Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take responsibility of assigned tasks
• Motivated self-starter with a high degree of attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations both verbally and in writing, facilitating the development and maintenance of effective working relationships
• Ability to openly give and receive feedback in a positive manner
• Ability to work in a fast paced, nimble and fluid work environment
• Experience in managing client issues, scope and quality while bringing areas of responsibility and tasks to completion under deadlines and within budget
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Project management experience is a plus

Working Conditions:

• The majority of work for this position is performed in a standard office environment.
• Generally, there is minimal exposure to hazard or a high degree of discomfort.
• Position involves sitting, standing, computer work and occasional light lifting.
• Limited additional hours over the standard work week may be required.
