The Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville provides positive and engaging youth programs that enrich the lives of a diverse group of members.  Under the supervision of the Club Unit Director, the Program Director is responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs within a designated Club, such as Education, Health and Life Skills, Social Recreation, Arts & Crafts, and Physical Education, and for supervising the staff who conduct these programs. 

Work hours are 10:30 a.m.-6:30p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, 12:00p.m.-8:00p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 10:00a.m.-6:00p.m on Fridays.
Summer and Days out of School hours are 10:00a.m.-6:00p.m.
Since 1951, Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville has been in the forefront of youth development, working with all young people, including those from disadvantaged economic, social, and family circumstances during out of school time.  BGCN  is facility-based and employs 35 youth development professionals, supplemented by 400 volunteers, and offers daily access to a broad range of programs in three impact areas: Academic Success, Character and Leadership Development, and Healthy Lifestyles.  Our programs are open to children ages 5-18 and provide opportunities that are fun, challenging, and engaging after school and on school breaks, including summer.

Responsibilities include:
• Plan, develop, evaluate, and oversee implementation of programs.
• Assure proper conduct, safety, and development of youth.
• Hire, train, manage, and evaluate staff.
• Volunteer management.
• Promotion and marketing of programs.
• Development and implementation of special events in relation to the youth program.
• Oversee proper record keeping and reporting on program statistics.
• Ensure overall environment provides a safe, inviting, engaging, and fun atmosphere for members, staff, and volunteers.
• Communicate with caretakers when positive outcomes and negative issues occur.
• Transportation of children in organizational vehicles.

Position Qualifications
• Required Skills/Knowledge:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Strong contributor in team environments.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments and meet deadlines.
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum of 2 years working with youth.
• Experience managing employees and volunteers.
• Valid Driver's License
