This key role on a small Human Resources team will be instrumental in providing exceptional service and HR support to candidates, team members, and leadership throughout the organization. Routine job functions include providing administrative support for payroll and HR, including running payroll on a bi-weekly basis, assisting with benefits administration, recruitment coordination, and answering general HR questions.

Indiana Donor Network is the non-profit health service dedicated to advancing organ, tissue, and eye donation and transplantation throughout Indiana.  Indiana Donor Network, one of 58 designated organ recovery organizations in the U.S., is a vital link between people waiting for life-saving organ transplants and donors. Working closely with Indiana hospitals, donor families and the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), we are a team of skilled, experienced professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating organ donation across Indiana. Our non-profit organization with 150 employees is also committed to educating Hoosiers about the importance of organ and tissue donation.

Position Duties
This key role on a small Human Resources team will be instrumental in providing exceptional service and HR support to candidates, team members, and leadership throughout the organization. Routine job functions include providing administrative support for payroll and HR, including running payroll on a bi-weekly basis, assisting with benefits administration, recruitment coordination, and answering general HR questions.

An exceptional candidate will be a detail oriented professional who can wear many hats with ease, changing focus with minimal notice at times, and with an ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgement. Looking for a team player who has an ability to maintain open, clear, and timely channels of communication, can present ideas clearly, and responds well to questions, while contributing to an amazing mission.

Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred. Associate's degree and equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. One (1) to three (3) years of Human Resources or Payroll experience preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
