The Indiana Psychological Association is the largest collaboration of psychologists in the state of Indiana. Established in 1937, its purpose is to advance psychology as a science, as a profession, and as a means of promoting public welfare. The organization is seeking a professional individual to serve as its Executive Director.

Responsibilities
•        Direct and monitor all administrative functions of the association
•        Maintain member database
•        Consistently review, monitor, and update association website
•        Accept and respond to association telephone calls
•        Collect, review, and distribute mail
•        Monitor and respond promptly to member and management emails
•        Coordinate, edit, and distribute association publications and newsletters
•        Coordinate the association's Continuing Education (CE) program
  o   Organize and schedule CE events – webinars, meetings, seminars
  o   Prepare notifications and distribute marketing material for events
  o   Plan and support requests from event presenters
  o   Attend events; coordinate registrations and attendance reports
  o   Assist with documenting compliance with educational standards
  o   Prepare documents, certificates, and reports required for CE credits
  o   Coordinate activities with the CE Committee and Executive Director
  o   Participate in monthly CE Committee conference calls
•        Provide onsite support for periodic association meetings including 2-day annual conference and other CE events (typically average 3 – 4 per year).
•        Support the association's Board of Directors and Executive Director
•        Assist with other project support and administrative tasks as requested

Qualifications
•        Highly qualified administrative skills required
•        Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
•        Solid data systems understanding and capabilities
•        Must be able work efficiently and independently
•        Ability to multi-task
•        Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
