This position will contribute to communications, special events, outreach efforts and provide administrative support for Indiana INTERNnet.
 
Organization Overview
The Indiana Chamber combines a 90-year-plus history of representing businesses and their employees with a strong emphasis on securing the best possible economic climate for the future.
 
Position Duties
Provide administrative support for Executive Director and organization, including but not limited to arranging appointments, maintaining contact lists, managing database, ordering supplies and marketing materials, copying, collating, mailing and filing; Execute annual IMPACT Awards Luncheon; Serve as liaison to the board of directors and committees; Coordinate additional special events, including but not limited to intern engagement and networking events; and, Produce communications for Indiana INTERNnet
 
Position Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, journalism, nonprofit management or related field with 1-2 years related experience. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communications and computer program (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills. Proficient use of storytelling in marketing, meeting and event planning as well as graphic design experience. Ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of workforce development and experiential learning opportunities.
