To be a key member of the team leading the marketing, communications and public relations activities of The Indiana Youth Institute. The Marketing Manager, under the supervision of the Director of Marketing, Communications & Public Relations plays a key role in the development, innovation, and design of IYI's communications and marketing products.

•         Develop and design graphics, marketing pieces, and digital products in support of IYI's marketing and communications campaigns
•         Assist in the management of IYI's website and related products
•         Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple channels
•         Manage and advance IYI's email marketing campaigns
•         Write, edit, and distribute various forms of written communications, including website copy, email newsletters, print pieces, media pitches and more
•         Oversee the creation and organization of IYI's photo and image database
•         Work with print and design vendors to produce IYI's print materials
•         Assist in the marketing and communications products of IYI live and digital events
•         Schedule and manage IYI communications and interactions with the media
•         Organize and update marketing and communications calendars and task lists
•         Participate in strategic discussions related to the development, implementation, and evaluation of IYI's marketing plan and department budget
•         Serve as a brand ambassador for IYI
•         Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations

•         Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
•         Ability to interact, motivate, and network with a variety of personalities within and outside the organization.
•         Well organized, high-energy, flexible, and motivated team player
•         Graphic Design experience is a must
•         Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite or similar design systems
•         Knowledge of website and email marketing management systems (HTML and email campaign development a plus)
•         Knowledge and passion for social media and communications/marketing trends
•         Prior media relations and event management experience a plus
•         Microsoft CRM and/or ClickDimensions knowledge a plus
