Life Choices Care Center is a Christian based crisis pregnancy center in Greenfield, Indiana

We are looking for someone to lead Life Choices Care Center that has a heart for our mission.
 
General Summary and Objectives
The Executive Director is a full time position responsible for implementation of goals, objectives, policies and plans developed/established by the Board of Directors, cooperating with the Board in fulfilling its governance function, and providing leadership and overall management direction of the organization.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 
1. Cooperates with the Board of directors in governance.
• Assist the Board in strategic planning, developing objectives and goals, annual planning including budgeting and program development.
• Provides information and reports regarding administration and operations to keep the Board informed.
 
2. Oversees development and delivery of program services in support of organization's mission.
• Teaches and/or recruits teachers for the "I Decide for Me" sexual integrity classes at the local schools.
• Researches community needs in the areas pertinent to the mission of the organization.
• Oversees client services.
 
3. Assumes responsibility for growth and stability of the organization, including fundraising, PR, and marketing.
• Serves as a major representative of the organization to the staff, donors and the community.
• Develops and suggests plans for growth to the Board.
• Communicates and interacts with other community organizations.
• Networks with other life-affirming organizations toward fulfilling a common vision.
• Oversees fundraising planning and execution consistent with Board objectives.
 
4. Administers and manages the organization's resources
• Demonstrates strong servant leadership.
• Plans, organizes, directs and controls the daily operations of the organization.
• Ensures the recruitment of volunteers.
• Ensures training of volunteers and staff to promote the mission.
• Creates a culture/office atmosphere that encourages openness, honesty, trust, respect, and Christian unity.
• Administers the budget.
• Follows policies and procedures, and complies with all legal and organizational restrictions and guidelines, including confidentiality, retention of information, and employment law.
 
Qualifications:
1. Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord.
2. Exhibit a strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position.
3. Agree with, and be willing to uphold the Statement of Faith, Mission Statement and policies of the Center.
4. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or nonprofit administration, human resource management or related field.
5. Management/administrative experience.
6. Problem solving and program development ability.
7. Exhibits strong interpersonal skills in communication, public speaking, writing, and effective media relations.
8. Self-starter with good judgement and integrity, with the ability to carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision.
9. Can provide spiritual leadership, discipleship, encouragement and direction for staff members and volunteers.
