Primary function is coordination of FCS chapters' accounts payable and accounts receivable and delinquency processing which shall include calls with members and members' parents and guardians.
Essential Functions: 
• AP/AR for FCS clients
• Respond to member and parent calls regarding delinquency, account collection and billing
• Process delinquent college member accounts
• Email weekly reports to MJ Insurance
• Process FHC and FCS campaign gifts
• Facilitate transfer of funds from college accounts to the Fraternity
• Serve as backup to the phone attendant on a rotating basis and as needed
• Perform additional tasks of the Finance Department as needed
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft products, especially Excel.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Background in collections, finance and/or accounting.
