Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or extensive applicable experience and 10 years of management experience, with increasing responsibility, in a nonprofit, for-profit, government, professional or health-care organization. The successful candidate will have a passion for the mission, entrepreneurial ability, strong communication and financial skills. Familiarity with fund development. She/he will be an innovative thinker and creative problem solver with a collaborative approach to challenges.

Service Offerings:
Community Rehabilitation Services - Tangram empowers individuals living with disability to move beyond the perceived physical and social barriers that seem to limit their choices'and their lives.  Establishing independence is an essential life component.  Services are provided in the client home and community settings.

Behavioral Health Services - As part of Tangram's holistic approach for serving persons living with disability, we develop a uniquely customized behavioral support plan and offer training to help the individual and their support team to implement the plan.

Tangram Business Resourcing - provides employers, across the country, with the long-term strategies, systems, tools and support necessary to create a disability inclusive workplace and business innovation. Tangram Workforce Accelerator is a technology platform developed with TBR that is showing potential in additional applications.

Tangram Life Coaching - a community-based, team-based support coaching model specifically designed to support individuals (and their families &/or current support network) experiencing significant life-challenges. This target population will often be people with mild or undiagnosed disabilities or such as ADD, ADHD, Tourette's, Asperger's, or Dyslexia.  

Organization Status: Angie Tyler, the previous President & CEO left the agency in August to pursue a new opportunity and an Interim CEO is working to support the leadership team through the transition. Angie's successor will inherit a strong, financially stable organization with a clear vision for its future.  The agency boasts an experienced, professional senior leadership team and a well-trained staff of about 270 people, operating in a culture of teamwork that effectively supports a 7 x 24 x 365 organization that never closes.
