Cathedral High School is seeking an HR Generalist who will be responsible for conducting HR-related duties supporting the overall mission of Cathedral High School. This newly-created position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the completion of day-to-day HR operations: inclusive of employee relations, recruitment/employment process for staff, orientation and on-boarding, leaves of absence, training, along with payroll and benefit administration.
This is a position for a motivated candidate who wants to develop and implement new procedures to build structure around the HR function. As an independent Catholic school, this is a unique opportunity to do meaningful work with significant independence.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and two years of HR generalist or specialist experience. We are looking for a passionate individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate would have the ability to maintain confidentiality and possess a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability, along with a desire to be a part of a faith-filled community.
