Founded in 1998, The Oaks Academy is a Christ-centered school that exists to provide a rich, classical education to children of diverse racial and socioeconomic backgrounds, preparing them to succeed in a rigorous secondary educational program and to demonstrate spiritual, social and emotional maturity. Currently on three campuses, serving over 800 students, the Oaks Academy will continue to grow to serve more children.
 
Job Summary
The responsibility of the Assistant Director of Admissions is to manage and document the admissions process and activities associated with admissions from the point of inquiry through enrollment and manage the process of re-enrollment of currents students annually.
• Introduce The Oaks to prospective families through internal admission events, tours, and information sessions at all campus locations.
• Meet with and engage all families that visit any campus location for testing, shadow visits, or touring.
• Assist with Senior System admissions training for admission staff.
• Work in partnership with Marketing to ensure current website and messaging accuracy.
• Oversee the design, printing and distribution of all event announcements.
• Follow up and track all inquiries and requests for information and ensure 100% response rate of 24-48 hrs.
• Maintain and update current enrollment data charts including IEP/other, economics and disadvantage levels.
• Manage re-enrollment in partnership with the Business and Registrar's Office.
• Manage, monitor, and document re-enrollment, attrition, and retention.
• Prepare and maintain statistics regarding enrollment, geographical distribution of students, financial aid, and attrition.
• Prepare student enrollment reports and updates as needed for Heads of School.
• Prepare Admission & Enrollment reports for presentation via Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Generate detailed applicant reports, enrollment reports, openings, by race, economic, disadvantage status.
• Generate quarterly reports of recruitment and enrollment statistics to CEnO
• Generate annual reports of retention, recruitment, and enrollment to CEnO 
• Oversee the design of promotional literature and display materials.
• Coordinate and lead internal admission events involving prospective students including Parent Preview, Open House, and Pastor's/First Ladies Chapels.
• Establish a family mentoring program of veteran parents to assist new family transition to TOA
• Assist with external recruitment events as needed
• Other duties that serve to strengthen the admission and enrollment goals of the Admissions Office.

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Marketing, Management or End- Customer related field.
• Previous work in the area of Admissions is desirable.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
• Mastery in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Mastery in Senior System or Admission Tracking Software
• Graphic design a plus
• Past project management preferred.
• Past training and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends for Admissions events.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Results driven to meet established admission goals
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all school matters.
