Job Summary
The responsibility of the Admissions Assistant is to manage all administrative tasks in the office in order to keep the admissions process running smoothly and efficiently. 
• Management of the Senior Systems application process.
• Print files and secure all needed supporting documents for complete applicant files.
• Schedule assessments and follow-up with assessment team to ensure assessment documents are added to the files.
• Manage shadow visit schedule for prospective students.
• Ensure all files are complete with all required documents and ready for placement review.
• Prepare, print, and mail admissions mailings and new student information.
• Prepare and mail new student Welcome Packets.
• Work with academic departments to schedule new student summer classes. 
• Compile inquiry form statistics and application statistics for the year. 
• Convert all applicants into students in Senior Systems.
• Update, print and compile materials for admissions packets. 
• Assist with staffing Admission sponsored events
• Coordinate service workers and volunteers
• Work to ensure all inquiries and calls are addressed within a 24 hour window;
• Complete communication across three campus locations for all scheduled events including shadow visits, admission events, scheduled tours, and visitors.

Qualifications
• 4+ years of professional office experience – office administration is preferred
• Background in Admissions work is desirable
• Mastery level in Microsoft Office applications
• Mastery level in admission tracking software is preferred
• Graphic design a plus
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in all school matters.
