Riley Children's Foundation is hiring a Digital Strategy Manager.  As the fundraising arm of Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health and the founding organization that opened Riley Hospital in 1924, our mission is to raise funds statewide to support sick and injured children.
Position Purpose
Working as part of the Development team and reporting to the Director, Development Operations, the Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for the Foundation's digital communications strategy and online user experience. This includes working closely with the Communications team to reach the right audience with the right message at the right time and managing all fundraising systems including the CRM, peer-to-peer and CMS platforms. Key to this role will be identifying and monitoring key performance metrics to ensure success and growth in these areas.

Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' digital marketing and/or online fundraising experience. 1-3 years' people management experience a plus.
• Skills: Strong experience with multi-channel fundraising strategies including segmented email campaigns, social media and web. Experience with integrated fundraising systems, including CRM, content management and peer-to-peer a plus. Proven data analytics expertise. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritze a heavy workload. Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience with integrated fundraising systems and multi-channel fundraising strategies -- including CRM and Content Management Systems, peer-to-peer fundraising, social media, web, SEO and A/B testing. Salesforce experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with a key focus on Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization software preferred. Experience with SharePoint a plus.
• Qualities: Ability to work independently under pressure and effectively prioritize a varied and diverse workload. Results oriented. Creative and resourceful. Inquisitive and sharp-minded, coupled with demonstrated aptitude for strategic donor or customer experience strategy. Self-motivating and self-starting. Ability to take quiet pride in one's work. Perseverance. Highly energetic. Sense of humor. Optimistic and positive. Team player. Must adhere to the highest ethical standards. Professional demeanor.
