This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team at Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana (VOAOHIN). The Women's Treatment Coordinator will serve as an integral part of VOAOHIN's effort to innovatively respond to Indiana's addiction crisis.

The Fresh Start Recovery Center is a one-of-a-kind, family-centered, residential treatment program for mothers struggling with addiction. This program strives to maintain the bond between mother and child by allowing mothers to have their children live with them during their stay in the treatment program.

While in treatment, mothers and families will experience a holistic continuum of care. This continuum includes group and individual counseling, case management, real-time parenting coaching, and life skills development.

Recently, the Fresh Start Recovery Center was awarded a 5 year Federal Grant through SAMHSA to help support increased care for the women and families in the program. The Women's Treatment Coordinator is one of the key roles necessary to making this vision come to life!

The Women's Treatment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the clinical treatment and outcomes of women in the program. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical records to meet agency, Department of Child Services (DCS), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA), and billing standards.
