Bellfound Farm, an initiative of Women's Fund of Central Indiana, is a nonprofit residential  farm supporting justice-involved women on their journey to long-term economic security and  personal success. We are searching for founding team members to create a community of  support for Bellfound's initial cohort of participants and beyond.

Responsibilities and Duties 
➔ Evaluate patient through conversations, interviews, and observations  
➔ Develop a treatment plan  
➔ Provide group and individual therapy 
➔ Educate participants on coping skills and strategies 
➔ In partnership with the coach, conduct searches for program candidates, and  review/approve applicants.    

Qualifications and Skills 
➔ Master's degree in psychology, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family  therapy, social work, or a related field; current state license as a LMHC or LCSW 
➔ 2+ years in a therapeutic role.  
➔ History of roles with a strong mentorship and relationship-building component. 
➔ Ability  to work nights and weekends a plus.
