Immediate opening for a part time Development Coordinator with CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions. This position will work 22.50 hours per week. Position requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to enter complex data/gift entries, queries and run reports in eTapestry software program.
Administrative and data entry responsibilities include, but are not limited to, serving as administrator and managing eTapestry database; processing and maintaining records on all CICOA and CICOA Foundation gifts, pledges, and solicitation transactions; preparing receipts and acknowledgement letters; tracking campaign results; and providing reporting and maintaining pledge billing. Utilize and maintain eTapestry support of the CICOA website for on-line contributions and registrations. Provide support for special events and committee meetings. Design invitations and promotional flyers.
Applicants must have effective oral and written communication skills, data entry experience, skilled in MS Office software, ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, problem solving skills, and access to a car for travel purposes. Experience with eTapestry database is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Publisher, Salesforce, Constant Contact and Excel is required. Applicants must have at least five years of work experience and a Bachelor's Degree or three (3) or more years of fundraising experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
