Lasting Change Inc. is the parent company of Lifeline Youth & Family Services and Crosswinds Counseling.  Due to our continued growth, we are seeking to expand our executive leadership team with a new Chief Operating Officer (COO).  
The COO is a key member of the senior leadership team who will be responsible for oversite of the organization's ongoing operations, procedures and metrics.  This position will report directly to the CEO and is responsible for the overall efficiency of the business and achieving the vision of the organization.
• To lead business operations through the Lasting Change Inc.'s (LCI) mission of changing hearts and bringing hope to individuals, families and communities by ensuring adherence of LCI core values of
 (i) a commitment to the Great Commission and) an adherence to biblical teachings
 (ii) consider families the foundation of our success
 (iii) operate our organization as a business with biblical stewardship principles.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to all departments.
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, Communications, Development, Lifeline and Crosswinds)
• Serve as business partner to CEO to help provide financial guidance, recommendations, business scaling and strategy.
• Provide oversight and approval of the annual organizational budget 
• Evaluate procedures and implement efficiencies when applicable.
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Evaluate organizational performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
• Strategize and participate in expansion and growth activities (investments, partnership, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
• Develop and execute the strategic plan with CEO and executive leadership.
• Assist CEO and CDO in fundraising ventures.
• Attend all board, leadership, and officer's meetings.
• Meet individually with the CEO on a weekly basis.
• Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
• Related Bachelor's degree in Business, or Masters Degree preferred.
• Proven track-record as a Chief Operating Office or relevant role.
• Proven track record growing a business and scaling a business or nonprofit.
• Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Believes and supports the mission and vision of Lasting Change Inc.
• Propensity in developing systems, structures, policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiencies.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and public speaking skills. 
• Aptitude in decision-making, problem-solving, organization and project management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners.
• Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Experience in fundraising a plus.
