As Administrative Assistant you will be the direct support to the development team. Your responsibilities will include the stewardship of donors through keen record-keeping and data entry. You will be an active participant in supporting the growth of all areas of fundraising.
Donor Stewardship (90%) 
• This position will oversee inputs and outputs related to donor stewardship in fundraising database, including gift entry, preparation of acknowledgements, and reporting
• Assist with organization and direct support to the Corporate Partners program
• Provide support for post-event stewardship and cultivation
Administration (10%)
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the effective operation of the development department
• Bachelor's degree or years of experience will be considered
• Knowledge of fundraising databases preferred
• Flexibility and comfort working with competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Driven to ensure work quality meets established standards and guidelines
• Collaborative and interacts well with a broad spectrum of individuals
• Demonstrates appreciation for and ability to respond to cultural differences
• Consistent, orderly approach to the work
• Precise and accurate with details, reports and forms

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, some evenings and weekends
• Heavy exposure to PC and phones
