Delta Sigma Phi is a general men's fraternity whose central office is located in Indianapolis. The organization seeks an innovative and outcomes-driven professional as its Assistant Director of Annual Giving. Delta Sigma Phi Foundation is in the early stages of a major comprehensive campaign, which will provide the successful candidate a wonderful array of professional growth. This position will report directly to the Chief Advancement Officer.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Assist the Director of Communications on all direct mail strategy and implementation
• Provide primary strategy and implementation on all stewardship activities
• Oversee the Foundation's annual Day of Giving  fundraising initiative
• Create, implement and oversee the Foundation's branded monthly donor program and help grow and retain this donor group
• Create and implement the Foundation's strategy to increase and retain donors who participated in Fraternity leadership programs
• Create and implement strategies for board member engagement in the cultivation and stewardship fundraising process
• Assist with the strategy and implementation of the organization's Vision 2025 goals including but not limited to $1,000 donors
• Provide assistance on any campaign initiatives as needed
• Provide database administration assistance when needed   
• Serve as an official ambassador for Delta Sigma Phi
 
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree. Be proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple diverse and on-going projects along with excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with a CRM is preferred but not required. Have the ability to provide direction and motivation to others through communication, modeling appropriate behavior, optimism and achievement. Excellent analytical skills. Finally, this individual must have the willingness to learn and grow in an ever-changing environment.
