Columbus Regional Hospital Physicians (Columbus, Indiana) is looking for an experienced Program Administrator to lead our newly established Treatment and Support Center (TASC) – a comprehensive outpatient treatment center to assist those with substance use disorders.

Treatment and Support Center (TASC) will be a newly established comprehensive outpatient treatment center to assist those with substance use disorders to learn and maintain health behaviors through medication-assisted treatment with comprehensive psychosocial services, including counseling, behavioral health therapies, family and recovery support services, and other clinically appropriate services required for individuals to achieve and maintain recovery from substance use disorder.

Responsibilities:
The Program Manager is an experienced Program Administrator with a demonstrated history of working in the behavioral health care industry. The TASC Program Manager is responsible for the operational, financial, clinical, and regulatory oversight of a new comprehensive substance use treatment center, and responsible for assisting and consulting with the Medical Director and Service Line Director. This position does not provide direct patient care.

Qualifications:
5 years in behavioral health/addiction treatment senior management position required.  MA in Professional Counseling, MSW, PH.D or PsyD required.  Experience managing the budget of an organization required.  Experience growing new programs required.  Dynamic leader with strong interpersonal skills required.
