Requirements
• Five+ years progressively responsible commercial property management, real estate experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Excel, Word, and Outlook

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
• Directly involved with all aspects of property operations and daily administrative tasks related to the properties.
• Perform routine property accounting functions such as AP processing and AR reporting. Assist with development of bi-annual forecasts for operating and capital expenses.
• Work with tenants, building maintenance staff and vendors to ensure work orders are complete.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to tenants. Must be able to work independently.
•  Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent deposits, past due reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.)
• Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents.
• Continually monitor budget guidelines, re-certifications.
• Ensure current property files are properly maintained.
• Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on a timely basis to the Executive Director.
• Schedule weekly/monthly board meeting calls, make agendas and send out minutes post calls
• Work directly with the Executive Director to manage their schedule and help with organization of emails, mail, bills from properties etc.

Experience:
• Property Management: 1-5 years (Preferred)
• Administration management 2 + years
