Primary Responsibilities:
The following responsibilities describe the general nature of work for employees in this position, but this is not intended as an exclusive or all - inclusive inventory.
As our Benefits and Payroll Specialist, you would have three areas of focus:
1. Administration and education of employee benefits
2. Payroll administration and reporting
3. Audit and maintenance of HR systems, along with other special projects
This position requires careful adherence to well - defined work where repeatable results are needed. The work is highly precise in nature and requires a very strong attention to detail.
On a typical day, you could expect to perform the following:
•  Prepare and double-check entry for payroll processing.
•  Review and confirm web invoices.
•  Meet with staff to answer benefit-related questions.
•  Process a change in benefit allocations.
Education and/or Experience: Our HR office is very excited to be at the beginning stages of implementing a new HRIS system, UltiPro, by Ultimate Software. We are looking for a teammate that is reliable, with an excellent work ethic, to help us with this major project. Although not nec essary to be successful, experience with UltiPro or implementation of a new system would be beneficial.
B.S. or B.A. degree and/or a minimum of three years HR experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
