Position Summary
Demonstrates passion and commitment to enhance health and well-being while inspiring generosity across the state of Indiana. Works as a member of a regional team focused on a comprehensive fundraising model. Manages and develops a sustainable fund development portfolio that aligns with system priorities and includes giving societies, personal solicitations and/or other various fundraising activities. Partners internally with key stakeholders to create meaningful relationships system-wide. Implements strategic and scalable fundraising collateral. Maintains accurate recording, reporting and management of all donor information.
Note: Candidate must be able to travel locally in and around Central Indiana as required.
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
o 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
o Working knowledge of fundraising software , i.e. Raiser's Edge.
o Proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
o Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
