The Regional Director in Muncie is charged with the responsibility of managing activities related to the analysis, planning, execution, and evaluation all aspects of the TeenWorks program. The Regional Director works with and through President and CEO on all programs, fundraising, and community development, and brand engagement. The Muncie Regional Director will also collaboratewith other staff members on activities designed to enhance and support the overall mission of the Agency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and build relationships with donors and prospective donors. 
• Oversees programing in the Muncie area and ensure outstanding program metrics are met to the teens we serve.
• Clearly endorses and communicates the vision of the organization. Including a culture that creates long sustainable growth.
• Cultivate new opportunities to fundraise and advance the organization through interesting and engaging community partnerships.
• Develop a meaningful community engagement plan that enhances the TeenWorks brand.
• Analyze the need and opportunity for fundraising events, working with volunteers, staff, and committees.
• Implements approved special events and fundraising initiatives; serve as coordinator with outside consultants/contract services in the creation of specific projects.
• Prepare content and materials needed for brand enhancement as approved, including proposals to donors and prospective donors, gift recognition, acknowledgement materials, and appeal letters.
• Research potential community engagement opportunities to advance the mission of TeenWorks (individuals, corporations, foundations, worksite partners, etc.).
• Keep up with current trends of fundraising, programs, and procedures used in the nonprofit sector.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
• Ability to strengthen and expand fundraising efforts.
• Complete tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
• Excellent organizational, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Ability to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to work well and collaboratively with a team.
• Identify, cultivate and solicit donations.
• Program design, evaluation and implementation.
• Ability to passionately embrace the mission of TeenWorks.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Education / Experience
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Previous experience in: fundraising, program implementation, community development, public relations, and is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
