About the Job:
The Program Coordinator position will oversee and coordinate projects associated with benchmarking reports, events, and special activities while serving to improve member engagement. The Program Coordinator is a multi-faceted job function that requires resourcefulness, initiative, creative thought, the ability to work independently and more. To be successful, the candidate must support all activities and functions of the Engagement Director, including
• Analyzes data, prepares reports and publishes industry studies;
• Implement and improve upon current processes and program offerings
• Secures space, develops networking and educational events, and send communications;
• Extracts needs from company executives to understand common issues to create solutions;
• Interacts with and educates business leaders on the benefits of becoming association members;
• Thinks strategically and possesses the ability to implement solutions to benefit members;

Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate:
• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills;
• Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel); experience with Adobe Suites (preferred)
• Strong writing skills;
• Works independently and is able to communicate needs and expectations effectively
• Enjoys finding new solutions and improving overall company and team efficiencies
• Ability to create and be creative;
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to effectively multitask;
• Confidence in dealing with people and possessing a professional presence;
• Solid customer service orientation with respect for diversity;
• Great attention to detail;
• Willingness to work in a small team environment;
• Sound judgment with the desire to work to bring results;
• High level of integrity and business acumen. 
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree required
