Bellfound Farm, an initiative of Women's Fund of Central Indiana, is a nonprofit residential  farm supporting justice-involved women on their journey to long-term economic security and  personal success. We are searching for founding team members to create a community of  support for Bellfound's initial cohort of participants and beyond.

What we're looking for:
➔ A love for the mission: You are passionate about mental wellness, economic  empowerment, farming, and opportunity.
➔ Mettle and moxie: You believe in hard work and hope. You're someone who rolls your  sleeves up, jumps in, and helps make things happen. Being part of something new and  iterative doesn't scare you - it excites you. You're a question-asker and a  problem-solver. You're creative, flexible, not easily discouraged. You love it when each  day is different and demands new creativity and competencies. You don't say "I can't  do that." You say "I don't know how to do that yet."
➔ Values match: You expect accountability. You want to help coach your teammates to  greater success - and you expect them to do the same for you. You've developed a  strong self-care practice and can set healthy boundaries - which lets you function at a  high level even in challenging environments. You like the responsibility and impact of  being a key role in a small, tightly-knit team.

Diversity of thought and experience is key to our success, and we are focused on recruiting a  team that reflects this commitment.

Responsibilities and Duties

➔ Conduct regular group and one-on-one skills training.
➔ Maintain good working relationships with support networks, government resources,  and community resources.
➔ In partnership with the therapist, conduct searches for program candidates, and  review/approve applicants.
➔ Assist with assessing and developing various aspects of the program.
Qualifications and Skills
➔ Bachelor's Degree
➔ 2+ years in a case management or social services role.
➔ History of roles with a strong mentorship and relationship-building component.
