The Office and Program Coordinator is charged with the responsibility of managing and supporting the TeenWorks office. This position will be responsible for coordinating vendors, supply arrangements, supporting human resources, serve as project lead, develop good working relationships. The Office and Program Coordinator will report directly to the President and CEO to ensure that TeenWorks completes its mission. This person will work directly with members of the program team to help strengthen our ability to help the youth we serve. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):
• Proven experience as an office manager or high-level administrative assistant
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks is critical.
• Preforms a broad range od duties to ensure smooth operations of the entire office.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including fast, accurate typing, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous benefits coordination experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Supports the President and CEO on special projects and board interaction.
• Works with the Director of Programs and Program Managers to help ensuring our programs serve youth in the best way possible.
• Professional and high energy attitude. This position interacts with board members, youth and donors.
• Self-disciplined with a strong work ethic. This position must be proactive to develop systems to meet project deadlines and manage ongoing tasks.

Education / Experience
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in: office management, non-profit experience, development, program coordination, human resources, event planning is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
