Kappa Delta Pi (KDP), an International Honor Society in Education, sustains a community of diverse educators by promoting excellence and advancing scholarship, leadership, and service. We are an organization of 670 chapters in 28 countries, and a membership that exceeds 35,000 active members. Through a variety of programs, services, and resources, KDP supports and advances the professional growth of educators throughout all phases and levels of their teaching careers.

Job duties include but are not limited to: Developing strong relationships with our west region and online chapter volunteers and members. Providing outstanding service to ensure chapters' success including training, guidance for chapter management, and assisting with application policy and procedures. Additionally, this individual will help guide our international outreach and work with members and chapters around the world.

Customer service skills are highly valued with the ability to anticipate member needs and provide solutions. Promptly and professionally replies to member and chapter requests via email and phone.
Must have a high level of focus on recruitment and retention at all times.

Collaborates closely with a supportive membership team. Serves as team lead for database management and reporting procedures.

Preferred: Familiarity with membership database software, association, and higher education experience, strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to initiate conversations and build rapport quickly and easily, Microsoft Office suite.
