Organization Overview
Indiana Donor Network is the non-profit health service dedicated to advancing organ, tissue, and eye donation and transplantation throughout Indiana. Indiana Donor Network, one of 58 designated organ recovery organizations in the U.S., is a vital link between people waiting for life-saving organ transplants and donors. Working closely with Indiana hospitals, donor families and the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), we are a team of skilled, experienced professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating organ donation across Indiana. Our non-profit organization with 180 employees is also committed to educating Hoosiers about the importance of organ and tissue donation.

Position Duties
This position will assist with quality assurance reviews and the reporting of donation related outcomes to the appropriate transplant centers, tissue processors, external partners, regulatory bodies and accrediting bodies. Some of the key result areas of this position include:
• Reviews donor charts (as assigned) for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures.
• Prepares and/or completes organization, department and/or processor reports to provide timely and accurate information.
• Inputs and maintains required data entry into internal and/or external database systems to provide timely and accurate information to internal departments, regulatory bodies and/or Indiana Donor Network Leadership team.

Position Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a degree in nursing. Bachelor's degree in applied science or related field; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge is required. Experience in organ and/or tissue procurement is preferred. Previous medical records, QA, and clinical data coordination experience is preferred.
