This key role on a small and high-touch Human Resources team will be instrumental in providing exceptional service and HR support to candidates, team members, and leadership throughout the organization. Routine job functions include a heavy emphasis on full-cycle recruitment with additional responsibility for a variety of human resources functional areas including benefits administration, retention and engagement, and compliance.

Organization Overview
Indiana Donor Network is the non-profit health service dedicated to advancing organ, tissue, and eye donation and transplantation throughout Indiana. Indiana Donor Network, one of 58 designated organ recovery organizations in the U.S., is a vital link between people waiting for life-saving organ transplants and donors. Working closely with Indiana hospitals, donor families and the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), we are a team of skilled, experienced professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating organ donation across Indiana. Our non-profit organization with 180 employees is also committed to educating Hoosiers about the importance of organ and tissue donation.

Position Duties

Position Qualifications
An exceptional candidate will be a detail oriented human resources professional who can wear many hats with ease, changing focus with minimal notice at times, and with an ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgement. Looking for a team player who has an ability to maintain open, clear, and timely channels of communication, can present ideas clearly, and responds well to questions, while contributing to an amazing mission in a fast-paced culture. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required.  Three (3) to Five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources experience required, with a strong emphasis on a recruitment background.  PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Passion, a sense of humor, and a desire to learn are required.
