We are seeking a responsible Executive Assistant to support our Foundation President and executive team in a timely and professional manner. You will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives.

Organization Description:
Having granted more than $22M since 1981, the mission of the Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation is to raise, manage and grant funds for the benefit of the educational and leadership programs of Delta Tau Delta, its chapters and members, ...so members fulfill the Delt Creed, live lives of excellence,  and thereby have a positive impact on society.

The Foundation Executive Assistant is a full-time position.  This person reports directly to the Foundation President. 

Specific duties include:
• Administrative duties to support Foundation President including, but not limited to, mailings, dictation, travel, filing, maintaining appointment calendar, maintaining expense and credit card files, coordinating alumni events and monitoring budget of said events, and special projects
• Administrative duties associated with Capital Campaign, Planned Giving and Board of Directors
• Supplemental support to Senior Leadership Team as needed
• Communication support for Insider Newsletters, Magazine, Year in Review and special board and campaign newsletters as requested. This will require an ability to edit documents and strong writing skills.
• Prepares stewardship initiatives including headquarters signage, thank you gifts and flowers as needed
• Assists with special events and coordinating invitations, mailing lists for all receptions, rallies of the Foundation
• Ability to manage fundraising reports within a database system and the entering of data.
• Foundation lead on office phone system, printers and office supplies
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and database management expected.
• Other duties as assigned by the Foundation President

Qualifications:
• Five years relevant work experience required.
• The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively face-to-face, as well as in reports, memos, client communications, even routine emails, is vital.
• Must be detail oriented and be well organized to meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and experience with databases required.
• Able to concentrate on multiple problems and tasks at once
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects
• Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
