Position Summary
As the Manager-Congregational Partnerships for FaithHealth Indiana Partners, you will provide guidance and support to develop congregational partnerships with the Indiana University Health System in Marion and Monroe counties. The program is specifically designed to partner with congregations to address social isolation for patients who are or have been in care from the IU Health System with a chronic illness and are returning to specifically identified communities with disproportionate health inequities.

You will have the opportunity to build partnerships with faith communities and healthcare providers to identify assets and needs, connect people and resources, and offer support and care in order to improve whole-person health.

This is an exciting new role in which you will be involved with co-creating programs with community stakeholders, IU Health FaithHealth initiative, Indiana University Spiritual Care & Chaplaincy services, and other community partners. This is a grant-funded position for 3 years with the possibility for continued funding.

Delivers expert spiritual care, support of patients, their supporting community, and IU Health colleagues. Provides guidance and support to develop congregational partnerships with Indiana University Health System, concentrating in Marion and Monroe counties. Provides educational services to students, colleagues and internal and external communities/groups. Responsible for on-call services as needed.

Requires Bachelor's degree from accredited institutions, with advanced degree preparation preferred.
Requires 3 + years of spiritual care leadership experience in a congregational setting or related field.
Training and/or experience in public health, community organizing, or community-based chaplaincy.
Completion of one to four units of Clinical Pastoral Education, preferred.
